Yep, we actually answer the phone.

Your neighbor's roof leak
shouldn't be your problem.

We specialize in the tricky stuff: shared seams, crumbling party walls, and 100-year-old Baltimore flat roofs.

We Don't Do Suburban Shingles.

We stick to what we know: the dense, historic row homes of Baltimore. If you live in Canton, Fells Point, Federal Hill, or anywhere with a flat roof and shared walls, this is for you.

Patching a shared roof seam in Baltimore

When Roofs Collide The Shared Seam

Standard tar patches crack when two adjoining houses settle differently. We use commercial-grade flexible membranes right at the property line so your roof stays tight, even if your neighbor's side is a mess.

Brick party wall flashing

The Brick Problem Party Wall Flashing

Half the time you think you have a roof leak, water is actually soaking through the old mortar of the shared brick parapet wall. We custom-bend metal flashing to cap those walls and tie it right into your roof system.

Silver flat roof coating

Beating the Heat Flat Roof Coatings

Taking a beating from the Maryland summer sun? A proper silver or white elastomeric coating doesn't just seal micro-cracks; it drops the temperature of your top-floor bedroom by a noticeable amount.

Meet the Crew

Based at 100 Light St.

Hi, I'm Dave. We started this outfit because we noticed a huge gap in the local market. Guys from out in the county would come into the city, try to treat a 120-year-old flat roof like a new build, and a year later, the homeowner is calling us to fix the leaks.

Row houses are tricky. The brick breathes, the foundations settle, and you have to know how to work with the neighbor's roof, not against it. We don't mind the tight parking, the narrow alleyways, or hauling materials up three flights of stairs. It's just what we do.

Recent Headaches We've Cured

"The Mystery Drip in Federal Hill"

Homeowner had three different guys try to patch a spot over the stairs. We found out water was running down the inside of the parapet wall from a crack two houses down. Fabricated a custom coping cap. Bone dry ever since.

"The Pigtown Pond"

Improper drainage meant water was pooling 3 inches deep every time it stormed. We built up saddles (crickets) to direct the water to the scupper and applied a fresh silicone coating. No more mosquitoes on the roof.

No pushy salesmen. No fancy presentations.

Just an honest assessment of what's wrong with your roof and exactly what it costs to fix it right.

We stand by our work.
